Dr. Bill Anderson, DMD, MS
We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Bill M. Anderson, DMD, MS, will be joining our practice as an Orthodontist. Both professionally and personally, he is a perfect fit to our unique team and his addition will allow us to serve you even better and in the fullest capacity as possible.
Dr. Anderson has spent the past 19 years serving our country and has had the honor of taking care of military service members and their children as an Officer and Orthodontist in the United States Navy.
Born and raised in southern New Jersey, Dr. Anderson earned his Bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2004. Having married his dental school sweetheart, Dr. Peychi Anderson, the two embarked upon their Navy service together and have completed assignments in Guam, the Horn of Africa, Naples, the Naval Academy and Washington, D.C.
Dr. Anderson’s commitment to service and passion for patient care and education led him toward a career path as an educator during his senior years of military service. During his service he had the opportunity to serve as Chairman of the Orthodontics Department at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School and as an Orthodontic Consultant for the White House Medical Unit. His most recent and final military assignment has been in San Antonio as Faculty and Program Director of the prestigious Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program, where the Army, Navy and Air Force’s orthodontists are trained.
Dr. Anderson’s wife, Peychi, is a pediatric dentist with Wildey Pediatric Dentistry and they have three school-aged children. His interests outside of orthodontics include his family, fitness, hiking and listening to podcasts as he shuttles kids between various sports activities.
